Rotary for Literacy

 
Please join the Tri-Cities Rotary Clubs in conjunction with Barnes and Noble in raising money for books that are needed by local charites. You can help by either purchasing books from the charity's wish list or purchasing your own books and a portion of the proceeds will go to the charity's list.

You can help by either purchasing books from the charity's wish list or purchasing your own books and a portion of the proceeds will go to the charity's list.  

These charities include:
• CASA
• Aunt Mary’s Story Book 
• IL Youth Center
• Batavia Apartments
• Two Rivers Head Start
• Lazarus House

Entertainment and story readings all day long including:
• A magician
• Local school bands and groups
• Readings done by local students
• Hands on crafts and activities
• Lego table

We will also be adding the wishlists to our page. Tables with the books on the wishlists will be set up at the event to help you find the books.  

We are looking for volunteers to help us with the day. School age children to help with storytime and activities. School acting and singing groups and more. Please let us know if you are interested in helping out!
