Members of the Rotary Club of Batavia were joined by family and friends to pack meals at the NIFB. We are happy to report that in two short hours we packed 1,281 pounds of frozen pizzas. That translates into 1,068 meals. The club has a history of supporting the food bank and is happy to donate time to this impactful organization. A member of Feeding America, the Northern Illinois Food Bank is located in Geneva, IL. They provide 250,000 meals in 13 Northeastern Illinois counties. The NIFB partners with more than 900 food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, and youth and senior feeding programs to provide nutritious food and resources.
