Nine members of our club enjoyed a recent luncheon with RI President Gordon McInally. President McInally, a resident of Edinburgh Scotland, will be based in Evanston through June 30, 2024. We don’t often have a chance to rub elbows with the RI Chief Executive, so we jumped at the chance. President McInally reinforced the importance of friendship and creative impact at the club level. He also discussed Rotary’s continued focus on polio eradication, creating peace, and addressing mental health issues. Thank you, President McInally, for sharing your time with us.
